Congratulations to Tom Ackrill MRICS on his promotion to Associate Director!
Tom joined Highgate Land & Development in 2018 as a Development Surveyor. His latest promotion has been made in recognition of his recent performance, commitment to the company and increased responsibility.
Tom specialises in the disposal and acquisition of development sites, affordable housing and providing general development consultancy and viability advice to a range of clients including housebuilders, developers, housing associations, landowners and public sector organisations.
Tom said: “I’m thrilled to have been promoted to Associate Director. We have a great team here and deliver excellent results and value for our clients which I look forward to building on in my new role.”

Highgate Land and Development was established in 2018 and advises on development land, strategic land, affordable housing for landowner, developer, local authority, housing association and investor clients. It is led by directors Richard Roberts and Nigel Simkin.
