Background
Tom has worked within the Birmingham property market for just over 6 years. He joined HLD in June 2018 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2019. Tom is involved in a range of consultancy and agency projects, having worked on financial viability assessments, and the disposal and acquisition of development sites. Tom has worked with a range of clients including St. Modwen, Eutopia Homes, Warwickshire County Council, Bloor Homes and William Davis Homes.
