Background
Richard has spent over 18 years working in the Midlands and North West development land markets. He is a specialist in development land disposals and acquisitions. Richard has worked on a number of high profile land disposals for clients including the Ministry of Defence, Homes and Communities Agency, Birmingham City Council and JCB. Prior to HLD, Richard was Lead Director and Head of Residential for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the Midlands.
