Nigel is a specialist in providing development consultancy advice to both public and private sector clients. He has a detailed knowledge of the development market across the residential and commercial sectors, and has particular expertise in development viability. Nigel has advised on a range of high profile instructions on behalf of clients including; JCB, Schroders, Birmingham City Council, Oxford City Council and Warwick District Council.
