Adrian has over 27 years of experience in development agency and consultancy within the West and East Midlands development markets. He is an expert in development land disposals, development consultancy and is an experienced expert witness. Adrian has worked on a number of high profile land disposals and acquisitions for clients including St Modwen, Warwick District Council and LaSalle Investment Management. Prior to HLD, Adrian was a Senior Director and Head of Residential Development and Investment at CBRE in the Midlands.
