We’re excited to unveil a new look leadership team at Highgate Land and Development.
Directors Richard Roberts and Nigel Simkin are now heading up the firm following the departure of director Adrian Willet, who will continue to be involved with the business as a consultant.
The changes come following one of our busiest ever years providing land sales, acquisitions, and development consultancy services.
Richard said: “The company is on a really strong footing and Nigel and I are excited to be leading it into this next phase, supported by our excellent team including senior development surveyor Tom Ackrill, development surveyor Lewis Russell and consultant Donna Pickersgill.
“Highgate’s success is due to the bespoke, value adding solutions we provide for our landowner, developer, local authority, housing association and investor clients which we will continue to build on.”
Nigel added: “We’d like to thank Adrian for his commitment to Highgate Land and Development over the years and helping steer it to the successful place it’s in today.
“We wish him all the best with his future ventures and are pleased he’ll still be working with us in a consultancy capacity.”
