More than £6,500 raised for mental health charity Mind

Huge congratultions to our colleague Tom Ackrill  and fellow members of Kaizen Centre Birmingham for completing a gruelling charity challenge.

They took part in a 1,000-rep metabolic circuit and have so far collected an incredible £6,546 in sponsorship.

The circuit comprised 10 Squat Jumps, 20 Press Ups , 50 Jumping Jacks, 20 Halos, x 10!

All money is going to the Birmingham branch of mental health charity Mind which can be used by anyone living in Birmingham and Solihull.

Donations will help their support services including a 24/7 helpline, which took 20,966 calls and over 4,200 web chats during 2022. As a rough guide, it costs £1,000 to run the helpline for 7.5 hours.

Dnations are still being taken on the fundraising page here.
