Highgate Land and Development were instructed by a private landowner to dispose of the subject site, comprising a 6.8 acre strategic development opportunity, benefiting from a proposed allocation for residential development. The site formed part of a wider proposed allocation and our initial development consultancy role involved investigating a collaboration with the adjoining landowner.

Following engagement with a shortlist of developers, proposals were received on a conditional ‘subject to planning’ and unconditional (with overage) basis. Following detailed review of proposals, our client elected to progress with the certainty and potential upside that an unconditional disposal with overage offered.
