From instruction in January 2018, our client required a disposal within a very short time period; by no later than the end of March 2018. After preparation of a masterplanning and delivery brief, we immediately mobilised a targeted marketing campaign to a shortlist of potential bidders.

Throughout the instruction we worked closely with our client and their legal team to ensure the disposal process ran smoothly and our client’s disposal deadline of the end of March was achieved.
