Highgate Land and Development was instructed by Solihull Urban Growth Company to undertake an analysis of the viability of Masterplan options for the wider site around the proposed HS2 station at Arden Cross. The site comprises of approximately 345 acres, of which approximately half was expected to be utilised for the development of HS2 and its associated land take, with the remainder being made available for development.
The Masterplan options included land use for Hotel, Residential (market sale, PRS/BtR, serviced apartments), Retail/Leisure, B8 Commercial, Bespoke R&D and Advanced Manufacturing space.
